Refund policy

 

Products may be returned within 6 days after receiving the items. Items must be in the same condition received; unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact Jess_illustratez@outlook.com with your order number, pictures of products and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, a shipping label and instructions will be provided. Please be advised, original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will not be issued before items arrive to the return address for inspection.
