Shipping policy

Hello,

For prints

once the order is paid, I will package your orders with a backing board glassine bag, along with some freebies because as someone who likes getting them herself, I can imagine you would too! This will take 1-2 days depending on the volume of your order. Then depending on what shipping type you took e.g 1st class , 2nd class, is the class I will get for you at the post office; then I'll post and it should take as long as the shipping class. If your order DOES NOT come, or COME DAMAGED or you want to RETURN for some reason, please check out my return policy. 

Commissions and Original work 

These are similar so I'm going to group them, once your commission is complete, I'll send you a picture and then depending on the size and quantity; I will package them very securely in eco friendly paper wrap and have them shipped in first class, usually with tracking. The packing process can take between 2-3 days. I will let you know once I have sent it along with tracking number. If your work DOES NOT come, or COME DAMAGED, email me with PROOF, ORDER NUMBER and tacking NUMBER at: jess_illustratez@outlook.com
